Netlogon service paused

It seems to me the netlogon pause problem is finally resolved. In summary,

1) Clean the AD and force to start the replication (which I believe Microsoft Support have done it for me).

2) Use some tools to check if the AD is healthy (people in the above site mentioned dssite.msc, repadmin, dcdiag).

3) Make a System State Backup for safety.

4) Use dcpromo to remove the AD from any other DCs on the network.

5) Try to promote and demote any one of the other DC to make sure there is no issue that need to be straighten out.

6) Delete the registry key "Dsa Not Writable" under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NTDS\Parameters"

7) Reboot
