is there a tool/program that can be used to track the computer thats using the most bandwidth on a workgroup network?or a tool that i can use to block certain sites so that no one on the network would be able to use it please note that this network does not have active directory so i cant use that to apply restrictions.the network was set up badly and by someone who did not see the need to use active directory or even server 2003 its running on server 2000 so it would be a big help if i can get this tool.
