I am starting a new IT consulting company and I'm wondering if I should stick exclusively to business clients and not bother with residential. I had an onsite computer repair business for two years in another state and did pretty well, but I seem to recall that the margin on residential service was pretty low relative to the support demands, even though the volume was higher. Thoughts?
